Please see pics in cust photo archives A-Lure PW , I am not using motor stringers as set up members these will go in after the boat is flipped .I could perhaps install befor hull is planked

Thanks Kens, the motor stringers should be bolted/ braced to frames using 3/8 bolts through wood blocks or 1/4 galvanised angle iron. The stringers will be notched to fit over frames.

Motor stringers to frame notches

Bills construction pics web letter #88 were a big help. I am building the A-Lure, the plans and build notes specify 2x6" motor stringers notched over frames . I am not sure what the depth of those notches should be. Any help would be greatly appreciated :idea: Thanks guys

I was able to aquire Hankinson's study plan for the Wildcat. He did not recommend using inboard engines.There are some examples of the wildcat on this site. www.geocities.com
