Peewee keel?

This is the first boat I have ever built. I am slowly figuring out the plans. The stumper so far is the length of the solid piece of the keel? I an sure it is on there someplace, it just has me stumped. Help! Thanks , Bruce.

I can't remember the exact size of mine. I can measure it if you want but I had the same issue. In the end I just made it to what I thought. Seems to work very well.

I t is a piece of 3/4 x 3 that runs the center inside the hull. It bolts to the stem up front. I can scale it off the plans, but I dont know how accurate I will be? Thankyou!

if length not given, measure from the overlap of the stem to the outside of the transom, add a few inches so you don't need to buy a board stretcher and trim to fit during assembly.

Thankyou for the reply. Kinda thought of running it long. I just didnt want to trim! Thanks and I will give it a shot!
