Pee wee build in Sydney

I also hit the ply with a planer and split it. Did exactly as DrBryanJ, epoxy and a thin bit of ply and clamped it on. If the thin bit gets stuck on just sand it off.
Re: Pee wee build in Sydney
I found a multi tool and a rasp file did a great job trimming the edges flush. The front is a bit nasty. I'll bog it up. Considering using auto wrap vinyl to waterproof it, it's small enough!

I think most people do the "flip" on the side, but I guess the Pee Wee is short enough!
At least you'll have someone to take out in your new boat. Looks nice so far.

Nothing says poor craftsmanship like wrinkles in your duct tape!

Thanks Jim! I stood it up so I could drill holes through the chine/sheers to the skin so I could figure where to put the screws, otherwise it was guesswork
Re: Pee wee build in Sydney
I used body filler aka bog to fill the gaps at front. Didn't turn out as well I hoped to be honest.
What do I work on next?
