Very Nice.

Building a malahini "Mona Lisa"

My wife said "If I build a boat, she's getting a divorce."
We're still happily married, but now she just wants "the dam boat out of the garage."

Fingers crossed.... I'm estimating that the final coats of varnish, windshield and final motor install will be done in a week! I began this project on Labor Day 2020 and WILL be done for a Memorial Day 2021 splash! And I had to take the winter off from building due to the cold. I estimate that I put in 2-1/2 months on the Zip in 2020 and will have another 2-1/2 months this spring to completion. I haven't been keeping a time sheet but I am guessing I'm coming in at that magic 650-700 hour mark. So I'd call that "the retired guy COVID-focused fast build"!

"MAKING GOOD PROGRESS!" as Joshua B. would say!
