Looking great Jamie. Are you enjoying the warm weather? I told my wife I want to buy a second house in Australia and live there when it's cold here in the US. She like's the idea of being warm, but not the idea of buying a second house.

Thanks gents,

Carl I hate the warm weather! I would pick cold over heat.

Humidity hasn’t been too bad though,

House prices are great in our area at the moment, you would get quite a flash house for a good price.

Anyway last night I fastened the rubrails back on, fitted the cutwater and nose capping.

Tonight I am starting on the windshield install.

Yeah Pete,

Good spot, hq panels are for the next project.
Going to have a break first before getting into it, although I have already welded in the GTS flutes, cut rust out of floors and made the floor pans.

Thanks all,

I have now put the Belle back on the trailer this morning and reinstalled the seat bases and side panels.

Will turn attention to the windshield for the remainder of the weekend.

Need to get cracking to be ready for Christmas Holidays

Jamie, the Boat is looking great again!

I like your lift system, do you have any pics and details about how you mounted your lifting eyes in the boat?

Hi Milhouse,

I actually don’t have any lifting eyes on the boat.
Boat is slung around the stringers and onto the two chain blocks from the roof of the shed.

Glad to be back at this point and looking forward to getting on the water again

Jamie,

I appreciate the horizontal strap to keep things from spreading. Around here, pre-engineered buildings cut things close - - heavy clouds might overload something.

I've been admiring your cutwater. How wide is it and what is the spacing of the screws?
