Worth a look for prospective Riviera builder in the southeast. Planking is laid over an un-faired keel beam, but that could be ripped off and done right. Riv is a great boat.

Dang, I have not been on here in at least a year and I come on and this is what I see! A Riviera is what I would build if I did this again. We are actually looking for a larger boat in the 21-25 ft range. The Malahini gets babied but it is just too small for our lake. We really only take it out on weekdays when the water is smooth. Somebody is going to get a woody for just a little bit of money. That means this Riviera and our Malahini.
I wake up with a 16ft woody every morning :)
