Need a new home for my Monaco

Post by garrysto » Fri Feb 15, 2019 6:02 pm

Due to circumstances beyond my control I must find a new home for my Monaco. Complete with bimini top, aluminum trailer and dust cover. Less than 20 hours of fresh water use. Always garage kept in Florida. Powered by an Indmar Marine 310HP Fuel Injected engine. Everything was purchased brand new.....no used parts. More info can be seen on the Glen-L website....webletter 113 (archives), and photos can be seen in the Boatbuilders Galleries/Monaco Boat Pictures/Monaco by Garry Stout. Since I'll be loosing my garage on March 15th, the boat must go by then. I'll be advertising the boat on other media, but I'd much rather the boat goes to a Glen-L enthusiast. Am willing to give a 20% discount off the highest "outside" bidder, to a Glen-L member of this forum. I can be contacted at 813-335-7973 or Garrys@tampabay.rr.com.

Sorry to hear that Garry. Your boat is beautiful, I remember looking at the pictures of it back before I ever started building. Since you are under the gun on time you might want to consider look into www.bringatrailer.com a couple of us have had great experiences selling boats there.

Thanks for the tip on "Bringatrailer". I'll definitely look into that!

I have been trying to reply to this message for several days. Somehow my "account" has gone missing and I can no longer log in to it. I had to re-register. If any moderator see this, please let me know how to reactivate my old account under my username, sscobra. Thanks.

There were some hacked accounts and porn sites were using it as a way onto the forum. Passwords were asked to be changed of all long time users so that we would "fix' and resecure the site. I looked up your old username and it isn't in the database, so I believe that yours might have been one of the ones targeted. Maybe Gayle can enlighten you on that if you PM her.

Gayle can reactivate the account. She had to do mine. I also had to update my e-mail address. It told me it would send the reactivation to my old address. That does no good since I haven't used that in years. Anyway, let Gayle know.
