Power for a malahini

Post by footer » Mon Aug 19, 2019 12:36 pm

60 or a 40. What’s the consensus? Is it worth the extra $2000? I’ll mostly be lake cruising and an occasional pulling grand kids.
Thoughts? Experience?
I’m ready to pull the trigger, but would like a little feedback.

A 60 hp for sure. A 40 is not likely to be enough with a normal load of people and gear. It'll probably plane out but will be slower accelerating and working harder.
