New member in mid Michigan

hello everyone,
I just ordered plans for the zip. this will be my first and likely only boat build.
I am 61 and hope to have this completed by the time I retire in a few years.
on the plus side I have almost every tool needed to build this boat.
I have done woodworking projects since I was a teenager, this is just a bit bigger than I am used to.
I have been reading through this forum for several weeks now and am up to vol.28 in Joshua's videos.
There is a wealth of information to be had here, I am sure with your help along the way this will be a fun enjoyable experience.
