Great to see old friends again and meet new ones. Hope everyone had a great time. We are home, we woke up in the cabin at 5:30 and decided we may as well just hit the road.

This was a great Gathering with TONS of food and lots of new faces. I really enjoy being in the company of the people from this forum, just wish there was more time to catch up with everyone!

Everyone was impressed to see hercdriver take his Squirt on the river run Friday and then turn around on Saturday and go again as a single boat with his wife and their dog in the Squirt! Those two trips alone add up to about 120 river miles! Awesome! There was also I believe the first Amp Eater to attend a Gathering (under construction) and of course Bills launch of the Bartender. And I found out how low I can run on gas before the pickup stops picking up fuel, I wont run less than 1/4 tank again. ;)

I didnt take many pics this year but several others did.

The wife and I had a great time! It was awesome meeting so many of you folks and getting to see so many awesome aquatic creations. I meant to take lots of pictures but I didnt. Something to do with chasing a small child around the docks distracted me. So thankful for all the ducks that entertained our child. Anyways, great new friends and I didn't hear the names of any political candidates all weekend! Even the pirates were friendly!

Wow!!!
What a great time with great friends.
We're home and glad we filled up Friday morning.
Hope everyone got gas. I mean for the cars not from the outstanding food.
Many thanks to all who made it work so well, especially Bill.
More later...

Bill advised us to get gas at the corner store. With that,we were able to get to Clarksville which was beyond the shortage area..

Wilson and I made it back to the mothership. It was a real pleasure to attend the G-10 this year (finally) and meet so many cool fellow boat builders! Seeing so many beautiful boats is inspiring and I'm already looking forward to next year. This was an awesome event and I'm happy to be part of a community of boat nerds :-)

I got home safe as well.

Here's a photo of Bob's Malahini at speed. The grin on his face says it all.

Another Great Event! I think we had 60 - 65 people and about 20 boats! Lots of new and old friends! Lots of good food! Lots of boat rides!

Hales Bar is under a new General Manager, Tony from the Ship's Store. They are really working on improvement! And, it shows.

We plan the same weekend next year, which are the same dates. Except, some of us think we should official add Thursday. About 2/3 came in on Thursday anyway to make the Chattanooga river run. We had 38 at the restaurant.

One of these times, I think I would like to show up with just a suitcase, a camera, and a smile. But, it's fun.
