It's really too early to start this But, I'm thinking of dinner tonight

Neel and Craig have already said they'll do dinner Thursday night again.

Friday lunch is in Chattanooga. I'm sure we'll have plenty of seats for the ride.

Friday dinner, I'm not sure what yet. We usually put something together, with help of coarse.

After that Saturday and Sunday morning are totally up for grabs.

Right now we have between 40 & 50 people. We hope that goes UP.

Rich and I will bring two slow cookers, one with 12 brats and kraut and one with 12 Italians in marinara sauce with buns for both. I would like to cook these on Friday 'cause it will be hard to store this 'til Saturday. We'll also bring some water and some Wisconsin beer (Spotted Cow), some cheese, and some chips.

Thursday Night:
Neel Thompson and friend Craig Fleming have spaghetti, at their cabin, on the hill.

Friday Breakfast:
Bob & Katie Brandenstein - Belgian Waffles

Friday Lunch:
We take the boats to Chattanooga (I think it's River Street Grill.) We leave about 10a.m. C.T. and we're back about 3p.m. C.T.

Friday Night:
Roberta & Rich Hegy have Brats and Italian in Marinara Sauce
Lauren Edmundson - Olive, artichoke and pasta salid

Saturday Breakfast:

Katie and I will again do Belgian waffles for breakfast on Friday and Saturday AM.

If someone could volunteer to bring some breakfast sausage, we'd be golden.
There will be a power cord, so an electric fry pan can be used.

Sams or Costco sell packages of 48 or so breakfast links.
Links would be better than patties since they take up less real estate.
We need someone to bring an electric fry pan. I don't have one.

I guess the count would depend on how many register.

We've done several things in the past.

We've done Brunswick Stew, Chili, Cincinnati Chili, Chowder, and Sausage and Peppers. I'm thinking about Chowder on Friday night to contrast Roberta's brats and sausage. I've also thought about spaghetti and meat sauce or meat balls.
