Roberta

Thanks! I usually bring a couple of large packages of hotdogs and buns just in case. Plus condiments. I'll bring a small electric grill also. All do it yourself.

We're getting there. If we don't use them I give it to the staff.

I'll bring a couple of trays of baklava and something to add to the meals, not sure what though. I can bring a standup camp stove and propane tank if needed but only if someone lets me know that would be useful.

I think we're bringing an electric griddle so that will be available if anyone needs it at some point.

Are there tables available for severing food on the deck by the ship store or do I need to bring some folding tables?

Matt.... They have a bunch of wood picnic tables on the floating patio. I don't think you will need to bring tables.

The Saturday evening meal on the floating deck will be a taco bar. Crockpots full of ground beef, beans, soft and crispy taco shells, off the shelf salsa and all the fixings. If some of you want to make your own salsa to add to the flavor, go for it.
We’ll have cold Cokes and water, bring your own beer, wine, etc...
Might be kind of fun if someone did a frozen margarita station or something, booze is kinda outside my lane.

Thanks to Keith, we will be having the Thursday evening spaghetti dinner in the floating restaurant on the first floor. That floor is air conditioned, but it apparently doesn't work all the time. Keith got in touch with the new owner and asked if we could use it and he said yes. It looks like it may be pretty hot in TN next week, so the AC would be nice. I have a portable stand alone AC unit that I may bring just in case. Again, everyone is invited. We will have beer and bottled water, but if you would like something else, please bring it with you. We usually start around 5 PM and go until ?????. Last year we had 50+ people and it is looking like that number again this time……. Safe travels and I look forward to seeing everyone next week. All take care,,,, Neel

Matt, if you bring the griddle I'll make some french toast for breakfast. If hotrod comes down maybe he can donate some of his delicious syrup

I'll look. I think we have a couple of cans, if Paul doesn't make it this year.
