the floating docks:
we get 2 of these, plus 2 covered slips with shore power for the big boys
https://youtu.be/u-QwXtrjA58

a grassy area between docks and the big house:
https://youtu.be/ymSalWXzZ_A

one of the loft rooms
https://youtu.be/Uvd8RwJETPo

the Lake House, thats fishing dock, not a boat dock. firepit is cool though.
this was occupied, so just a drive-by:
https://youtu.be/0rz12KBQAnA

one side of the duplex, 1 bedroom:
https://youtu.be/AHjiFJxvviM

the 4 bedroom house.
you guys tell me if there is a total of 8 beds here? plus a wet bar,
did you see the dining room table? is that granite countertops, or no??
fireplace?, and it is closest to the docks
Split this up 4 ways is it not $63/night? (our group discount)
https://youtu.be/h0xjhDldimE

this the deck between the Lofts Lodge buildings, next to the main pavillion
https://youtu.be/qfhVGzEBlzg

I asked to block out this RV pad because it was next to the docks, flat concrete, with power & water. A possible cool place for the pop-up tents, coffee pots, waffle irons, etc., etc.
https://youtu.be/Ul5G3DtjXls

Sorry, my vid of the pavillion did not come out. But it is in the same theme as the rest of the property. It is larger than the pav in Guntersville, cleaner, newer, patio tables, not picnic tables, bathrooms + showers, bar (karoake bar) , refridgerator, swimming pool, fishing pond, and adjacent to the big 3 Lodge buildings, and parking.

Ken,

At the awards tonight I asked for a show of hands, who wanted to book Hales Bar next year? I didnt see any hands. Nuff said.

We were in agreement that Bluewater looks like a good place to book G15. Doesn't mean we have to stop looking at sites but they have rolled out the red carpet and we should walk it.

Also, you were awarded "Travel Agent/Real Estate Advisor of the month!" tonight at the awards.

I'll take today to compile/review any typos I found and verify all that.
Estimating a head count is hard for me because there is single rooms,
rooms with Loft,
A 4-bedroom house, and that has multiple beds per room
A 3-bedroom house
Who has a tribe big enough to take the big 4-bedroom with the private grill, fire-pit, granite countertops, dishwasher, fireplace, and smart TV and wet-bar???

I'm okay with the move. However, if the event changes to the end of September I have a potential conflict with dates. We attend a travel trailer rally that is always the last weekend in September. I may have to alternate or flip a coin.

Ken, Rich and I would like the standard lodge room and commit to whatever dates are decided. We would arrive on a Thursday and check out on Sunday.

Thanks,

Bob,

Bring your RV friends, plenty of RV spots! Win, win.

Im good with any Sept date but thought the point on it being hot the last couple years was a valid reason to adjust.

Ken S

It sounds like the Legwork the Amundsen Gang did the year before finding, checking out and talking to Bluewater Dayton paid off. I’m glad to see we will be there next year, we will make plans to be there!

Yes, thanks.
Your input helped me zone in on that. That gave the group 2 different opinions on it.
Both of us a thumbs up on it.
