The door is 45" tall, 21-23" wide. It tapers wider at the bottom.

I really struggled flipping the boat. Changed plans a few times. Spent too much time and money doing it. We failed on the first day. Got it done in about 8 hours the second day. Put it on the trailer a third day.

Ended up building an entirely massive cradle to roll it over but couldn't muster the number of helpers to push it over (it's pretty big). Rented a 15' aluminum gantry crane that was so light the boat was just pushing it around as we tilted it up and over. Almost squashed one of my friends as the crane shot 3-4- to one side when it went past 90 degrees.

Finally got the boat flipped that evening (first pic). Then got it on the trailer a few days later and drag it out the street to get the truck hitched to it.

Been working on the interior the past few months. Put in a 2x6 cross brace against the transom as the plans called for.

Next I spent a number of weeks altering the inside to give me a flat hull bottom so that water wouldn't get trapped all along the battens. This picture shows the progression;
A - before start
B - 3/8" honeycomb epoxied to the battens
C - 4 lb closed cell foam poured in through holes in the honeycomb to fill the void.
D - seal up the edges with epoxy fillets also so I can run fiberglass up the frame
E - 2 layers of 1708 glass in place

Put gas tank in place and dry fitted conduit for electrical, fuel, hydraulics, etc

Thank you. I've only done the casting deck / fish box. I've ordered a number of the items you mentioned. Most are here, one (waste tank) still isn't and is on back order since April. I'm going to use 1" honeycomb for my sole. I've decided to go with a single, large engine. Not sure how big yet. We put the bracket on about a month or more ago. I'll post some updated pics.
