Hi All,
I am currently just starting a Squirt build and I am trying to figure out just how much power I should look for and what type. The boat is a family build project which will be used by the kids for the most part. I saw the jet installation by John which is absolutely superb. I like not having a prop, but it may be too much for the kids. I'm want enough so it can get out of its own way with a light passenger load (2 * 75lbs), but not make it a screamer. I am currently thinking 9.9 / 15. Too Much? Too Little? What have you other Squirt builders used?
