It has been my experience that epoxy resin will crack but that is usually the response when it is applied too liberally to an area. I have not experienced any rot problems on any of our three Glen-L designed boats as a result of what could be determined as microscratches. Our lack of rot problems are most likely due to that we never let water stand in the hull for any extended lenght of time.
: If "CPES" will allow a resin to be applied to it ? Then I do not see how it can be a bad thing.
