DELIVERY: Orders are normally shipped from stock WITHIN 48 HOURS of receipt Monday - Friday. We do not accept COD orders.
Most plans are shipped via FedEx or USPS Priority. We typically don't ship First Class because there is no tracking.
Shipping Outside U.S.
- International - Typically takes 2-4 weeks to arrive, depending on customs. We will forward a copy of tracking. We do not have any control of customs fees or delays in your home county. Custom fees and taxes are not part of the price of shipping.
Please note that some to some locations (Australia and New Zealand, for example) have become more restrictive and expensive recently. In case where shipping charged by the website falls well short of actual fees we will contact you to see if you want to pay additional charges or would prefer to cancel order.

We want you to be fully satisfied with your Glen-L purchase. If you are not happy with your product, return it to us within 30 days of receipt and we will refund your money, less shipping. We just ask that the product be returned in the condition that it was received and that you pre-pay the return postage. You don't have to give us a reason for the return, but we would sure like to know so we can improve our products and/or service. We value our clients and strive to be the best that we can.
