I completed the "Squirt" this past July. I currently have an '87 Mercury 6 hp on the boat but will one day upgrade to at least a 9.9 hp.
I put a lot of work into it over three summers (garage too cold in the winter months in Canada).
I really did enjoy the project and never thought I could actually complete such a "work of art."
This boat handles the water beautifully and turns many heads when we take it out for a ride.
