Pull-Up Fender Cleat

This unique style of single post retractable fender cleat is investment cast of 316 stainless steel. This unit is designed with a detent area so that the cleat stays up or down as desired, and does not rattle. The cleat swivels from the base at one discrete point for easy power-tool installation with two screws through the base. These fasteners are "hidden" and the cleat is flush to the base when in retracted position. Unit is styled with smooth lines which will not inadvertently catch lines or stub toes. 4" length, 1/2" lift height, 7/8" hole diameter, requires 2 #10 fasteners.
