a 19' day cruiser
The WANDERLUST was designed to maximize work space. Scuba divers and fisherman will appreciate the huge 6'-2" x 8' cockpit where you have lots of elbow room for fishing or putting on your gear. The cabin offers a snug place to get in out of the weather, and sleeps two in generous 6'-6" vee berths. The cockpit can be utilized for sleeping by guests with sleeping bags. There is space to stow a portable toilet under the berths.
The hull is made from 3/8" sheet plywood with sawn frames, making her both rugged and lightweight. At the bow the planking forms a generous vee to give a softer ride. The bottom flattens out aft to reduce resistance to allow the boat to plane quickly. The bottom shape also gives a stable platform for fishing, and plenty of hull depth makes this a safe boat for the entire family. Power can be supplied by either an outboard or an inboard with an outdrive. With sufficient power, the WANDERLUST can easily pull skiers.
Because of the current interest in classic runabouts and cruisers, the WANDERLUST is frequently finished with natural finishes on the deck and cabin, and with shiny chrome hardware to make her into a real show stopper.
